Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Refund & shipping costs
- Customers in the EU: If you cancel your entire order, we will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs paid for standard delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the order to us.
- Customers outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom): We only reimburse the purchase price of the product. Initial shipping costs and any customs duties are not reimbursed.
We will refund the amount within 5 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment via the original payment method.
Return costs
Please note: The costs for the return shipment from your address to us are at your own expense.
